My query is -
whether there is any maximum limit for Service Tax exempted Rental Income from residential immovable property ?
or
aseessee may receive any quantum of (without restricting by upper limit) rental income from residential house property without attracting any liability under service tax provisions ??

Service tax on rental from residential property is under negative list, hence you dont need to pay a penny, irrespective of the fact what is the amount.
