Please clarify me that after judgement of delhi high court service tax will applicable on commercial property please give me suggestion.

11 June 2009 Though the Delhi high court has given the judgement in favour of Assessee, the Revenue has applied further to SC....Till the time SC does not give its verdict...The current practice of charging Service Tax will continue.
