When should we apply for service tax and will we get Rs. 10 lakh service tax exemption both the year.

you should apply for registration this year as limit of registration is Rs.900000 which would be crossed.
From the next year you should start paying service tax.

Rs 10 lakh rebate for service tax will be available only this year or next year also. Please specify from which month onwards we have to charge service tax from the tenant.
