26 August 2016 plz tell me the rate of service tax on business of photography. is it cover under work contract, if yes what is the tax rate on it.

26 August 2016 15% service tax payable on on the billing of photographer. It will not fall under works contract.

26 August 2016 but sir in this material is also used for making album etc so it is type of work contract also
