Hi, I have recently started a sole proprietorship. We provide online information from various websites to our client in spain. I raise the invoice in euro, I would like to know how my turnover would be calculated for service tax purpose and how should I determine service tax liability. We are located in UP

If your total service for the year doesn't exceed 10 lacs for the first year, you have to pay service tax on amount exceeding 10 lacs. From next year you have to pay service tax on full amount.
