Dealer is running Authorised Service Station of Tata Sky
Tata Sky calls the dealer and gives job of installation. He provide service of installation of Tata Sky connection to the customers. After that, he raises Invoice on Tata Sky for Installation charges.
Is he will be treated as providing service under Brand Name of Tata Sky???
Can he avail Small Service Provider exemption of Rs.10,00,000/-???

Yes he will be treated as providing service under brand name of Tata Sky. Small service provider exemption not available to him.

sir, reconsider your opinion. the dealer is raising invoice to tata sky only and not to outsiders . for eg. pizza hut or subway . may not be doing service under brand name.

Mr.Sudarshan, the dealer is providing service to customers under the Brand name of Tata Sky only, payment is received from Tata Sky then Small service provider exemption not available.
