Service tax on incidental charges & out of pocket exp

11 June 2015 Dear Sir
I want to know that service tax is applicable on incidental charges & out of pocket expenses. If yes then i am individual and registered with service tax then am i liable to pay service tax?.

Pls confirm and provide the notification if any for the same.
