Hello seniors i would like to know about whether service provided by hospital is cover under service tax or not . and specially entity is LLP. and multi specialist hospital. i hope i will received prompt and response from my senior.

According to section 66B of mega exemption notification no. 25/2012, Health care services by a clinical establishment, an authorized medical practitioner or para – medics are included in mega exemption and this taxable service is exempt from whole of the service tax.
