sir,
i will taken a godown on rent basis @ 1.20 lac per month and godown use for aluminium dealership. pls advice me towords service tax on godown rent.can i avail cenvat credit?it is very urgent

Service tax is payable on godown rent. Being a dealer you cannot avail cenvat credit.
