Dear Expert if one i.e. company enters into a contract with Government department/Agency for tree plantation on Govt. land say on National Highway and accordingly conduct plantation activities like supplying of plant, bamboo gabion etc. and planting it as well as maintaining it like watering, fencing etc then what will be the service tax liability on the company. Whether it would be an example of works contract and provision of work contract accordingly apply or any other treatment. kindly guide me
