Whether a manufacturing company take the credit of serive tax on mobile phone bill against excise...????

Pleaz explain me with Excise rules/Notifications.

22 November 2012 Yes, you can rightly avail the service tax credit on mobile phone against Excise. Please refer to Rule 3(5) of cenvat credit rules, 2004 for the same.
