Dear Expert I am working in Ready made Garments Trading company, we have many retail outlet on rent, My question is we paying Rent (including Service tax) against our rental property (Store & Office) and now we start some commission business in our trade and getting commission including service tax. i want to know, can we take the service tax input against rent.
