08 January 2016 I have register a IT proprietor firm for service tax. Do I need to pat service tax for all the transaction made in my company account or I need to pay service tax after 10 lac income.

You can claim basic exemption of rs. 10 lakh. You need to pay tax after 10 lakh turnover.
