Service tax cenvat credit agst excise duty payable

01 April 2015 excise duty payable from 01/03/2015 @12.50

there is no education cess & S & H Cess

now we are getting service tax cenvat credit @ 12.36 ie 12% +2 + 1

so how to adjust my service tax cenvat credit 2% + 1%
