 Sir,

i am starting new projects, that project some consultancy provided for project designing, Plant & machinery diagrams, etc.. That consulancy fee before starting production, service is cenvat creditable or not?

 input credit will be available from the very date when you will issue your 1st invoice with tax.
pre operational input credit is barred.
