03 June 2015 I AN CONTRACTOR AND I FILLED TENDER OF GOVERNMENT EDUCATION SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION UNDER "SARVA SHISHAN ABHIYAN" AND MY TENDER IS PASSED THEN AFTER I AM WORK ALLOCATION TO SUB CONTRACTOR AND SUB CONTRACTOR WORK IS FINISHED....

CAN SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE TO SB CONTRACTOR...
IF YES, HOW MANY PERCENTAGE ?
