Banks are still debiting service charges @ 12.36 % whereas the ST has been reduced to 10.3 %. How to go about ?

10 March 2009 for services rendered before 24th rate is 12.36%, even if it is charged after that date.

however if services are rendered after 24th then you may ask bank to correct it.
yu may post letter to btranch mamanger for the same
