31 August 2014 Hello everybody... I have cleared ca final in may 2014 attempt. As i applied for job in a ca firm, they will admit me as a partner and they demands my cop to surrender to them. Is it safe?And what to do in future if i want to retire from that firm?

whatever may happen, you shall always have the option to surrender your COP at any time you wish to.

No firm or other partners in the firm shall have any control over it
