if a doctor earn from profession fess rs. 21 Lacks & from Sales From Medical store as Business rs. 7 Lakhs then Audit u/s 44 AB require. 44 Ab says a person carrying profession than limit 25 lacks . in this case gross receipt below this limit & also limit in case of business 1 crore less from this limit ( i.e. 7 lacks). so audit require or not
