27 September 2014 a payment is given to same person for both instalation and for frieght and eceeds rS. 75000/- including both payment. but if we take a individual exp it doesnot exceeds Rs. 75000/-. Is it required to make TDS for him

27 September 2014 Yes you need to deduct TDS since the amount paid to same person under section i.e., 194C exceeds the threshold limit.
