21 December 2011 Sir, Can A HUF Claim exemption U/s. 80-C of PPF Subscription in the name of Karta. PPF Accouny is in the name of karta.

22 December 2011 Yes HUF can claim 80C, but if the account is in the name of HUF. Recently there is a circular that no new PPF account will be opened in the name of HUF.
