respected sir, in form 4s (under sec 44ad ) there are colums asking to declare stock on hand ,cash on hand ,sundry debtors and creditors etc. after giving exemption from maitaining books of accounts ,what is the logic behind asking the details , the figures which can be devired only after verification of books of accounts.and i what to know that those stock figures and etc which are declare in form 4s (under sec 44ad ) are really valid after getting exemption from sec 44aa.
please dicuss from the legal perspective. thanking you
