01 February 2015 Sir in itr4s u/s 44ad can we disclose more than 8% as income for eg:sales is Rs. 900000 I want to disclose as income as 40% whether can I do this?

01 February 2015 Yes, you can. Section 44AD specifies that higher income can also declare.
