MY CLIENT IS DISTRIBUTOR. HIS TURNOVER FOR A.Y. 2013-14 IS BELOW RS. ONE CRORE. IS HE LIABLE TO GET HIS ACCOUNTS AUDITED U/S 44AB OR HE IS COVERED UNDER AGENCY BUSINESS AND NO NEED FOR AUDIT ? PLEASE EXPLAIN.
