my clients are registered under sec.25 companies at.1956 he is providing "training & Coaching service"

pls advice are service tax applicable?

06 August 2011 service tax is applicable to all concerns whether non profit or profit making so service tax is applicable if sec 25 company is providing the service of 65(105)
