Please explain the scope and uses of ATC Course after passing and the uses of Certificate Granted in future? What are the powers,responsibilities and duties attached with this certificate?

Hi,
As you are aware the CA Course takes some time due to the articlship and the coverage. Also the pass percentage is low. Therefore there is a shortage of skilled accountants in India and to fill this gap, ICAI has introduce ATC course. This is to enable a medium level qualification to the accountants and therby help the needy organizations.
