17 August 2011 Our company is in Bangalore, we import material and store in chennai warehouse.

If we want sell in TN, we are billing from bangalore, whether it is correct or not?

please confirm.

17 August 2011 you have to obtain VAT number in chennai, and bill from there only as its local transaction of tamilnadu.
