29 April 2014 Whether a tax invoice can be issued to unregistered Dealer ?
If Not, then whether tax will be shown separately in sale invoice ?

29 April 2014 Tax invoice cant be issued to unregistered dealer.
Retail invoice will be raised, tax will be charged separately.

30 April 2014 Yes. VAT is charged in Retail Invoice. Eg: You buy a shirt from a showroom in Delhi, VAT is charged by them & paid by you.
