hi can anybody let me know whther a manufacturing compay sale its product to its sister concern at the rate less than the rate to its another customers

HI SURESH SUPOSE THERE R TWO MANUFACTURING UNITS NAME "A" & "B" IN DIFFRENT STATES WITH UNDER THE SAME MANAGEMENT "A" IS SELLING THE FINISHED GOODS TO "B". "A" IS SELLING ITS RODUCT IN THE SAME STATE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALSO. BUT "A" IS SELLING THE GOODS TO "B" AT LOWER PRICE THEN THE CUSTOMER. PLZ LET ME KNOW WHTHER THERE ANY PROVISION THAT A MANUFACTURING UNIT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE PRODUCT TO ITS SISTER CONCERN AT THE LOWER PRICE THAN TO THE CUSTOMER
As per Central Excise Rule, If you selling the goods to sister concern, then Value of that goods should be more than ( Cost+10%), and dept will demanding you for CAS 4 (Cost Certificate)for that product.
