19 February 2013 A buys goods locally and sells to FOREIGN SHIP on Indian ports. He sends his bill to a company in Singapore for those goods.

Will such transaction qualify as exports.

24 February 2013 There is a special procedure for supply as ship stores. You may have to refer to a commentary to find the correct procedure to follow to claim the advanatge of exports/ deemed exports.
