19 March 2010 sir rate diffrent ke debit note pe tax avail kar sakte hain for eg. hamne x party ko kisi item ka bill banaya (1000+40=1040) party ne hamen 2rs ke diffrence ka debit note de diya (200+8=208) vat payable (40-8=32) ye tik hai kya..??
