SIR,
WHETHER SALE AGST. H FORM IS TREATED AS EXPORT SALE IN EXCISE OR NOT & SAME IS EXCLUDED WHILE CALCULATING LIMIT OF TURNOVER LIMIT OF 150 LAKHS FOR SSI UNIT ?

It is not treated as export sale, however for specific purpose of calculating turnover limit, it may be treated as export sale if propcedure prescribed is followed.

Sale against form H means Third Party Export.
It is nothing but exports, We are not clear what treatment you have given in your books of accounts.
SSI exemption includes all turnover of excisable goods, and exports is one of them.
You have also not clarified whether this export is against rebate claim or CT-1 or LUT

export turnover will be exluded for 1.50 croroes ssi exemption limit if the export sale informed to the CE dept. before sale and procedure under ce rules are complied.
