Can i include perquisites like Car Lease, Driver Salary, Professional Attire, Entertainment reimbursements etc in salary structure for partners of a firm. Monthly pay around 50 K
Partners own cars and are using it for official purpose. Should i not include Car lease charges as reimbursement component in the pay structure. I plan to design a pay structure for partners like this:
Basic,HRA, Special Allowance, Conveyance, Medical and Reimbursements from among Car Lease, Driver Salary, Professional Attire, Entertainment, Telephone reimbursement, Fuel Reimbursement.
Is it OK.
Can I fix the structure from the above mentioned components as applicable for the partners.
