26 November 2014 hi i want to know there is any rule for salary structure, you have to pay % of HRA, % of Basic salary, % of tranport allowance, % of special allowance or we can pay whole salary in basic salary, for example 20,000 as basic salary.

26 November 2014 There is NO any compulsion to divide the salary. In fact a growing tendency on the part of middle sized business is to pay a lumpsum.
