01 December 2015 I am asking whether on (Basic + Da ) decided or on (Basic + DA) earned.

As many employers gives basic and other allowances on the basic of no of days worked. so the basic earned and basic decided may be different..

01 December 2015 it basically depends upon the employment agreement between employer and employee.
As has been answered by Mr Kaviraja Addangadi, in most of the cases it is calculated on (Basic+DA)
