31 January 2013 I want to know that whether i can got the registration of service tax on the name of Prop. or on the name of the proprietorship firm.

04 February 2013 First off all thanks for the reply.
I have to open the Current account in the ICICI bank & there requirement is ST-2 should be in the name of the firm . But I have applied ST-1 in the name of the Prop. and ST-2 Is issued . Right know what is the better option to change the name of the ST-2 from name of the Prop. to the name to Proprietorship firm. Pls reply as soon as possible.
