09 August 2011 whether we have to check the status of rural agriculture land at the time of purchase of land or at the time of sale of land.

10 August 2011 Of-course Yes!! Patwari/Land records at Tehsil/taluka Office may fetch this information.
1.It Should Not be a Banjar Bhumi (agriculture activities Not Possible over That Land)
2.It Should Not be a Diverted Land(Vyapvartit Bhumi/ Privartit Bhumi)
3.It Should Not being Used as a Mines/Industry/commercial etc. purposes.
4. a patwari Land report or Search Report of Listed Lawyer should be a Documentary Proof to suffice the status of rural agriculture land, unless otherwise evidences are available with Department to Negate the Same.
