Sir My Brother is a CA Final Students. He has secured 61 marks in Accounts in May,2009 Ca Final Exam and secured 70 marks in MAFA in Nov,2009 Exam. but Still he is not cleared any group. Can he is allegible to get exemption in both paper. If Yes then whether their is any rule for minimum marks in other two subject which is Audit and Law? Please Reply.
their is no minimum marks requirement in other subjects for gettine exemption. regarding exemption , he have enjoy only one attempt marks either Accounts or MAFA.
