Roc late filing fee

17 January 2015 Dear Sir,

I want to know ROC charges if company has established in 2009. but ITR and ROC have not been filed even a single time till date.

Please let us know late filing charges of ROC for six years

19 January 2015 It mainly depends on the amount of Authorised capital of the Company.

Additional fees are 12 * actual fees
plus the Co. has to pay original fees.
