Dear Sir,
I filed from INC-7 AND DIR-12, WHEN I FILING THE FORM INC7 "Whether the address for correspondence will be the address of Registered office of the Company" I PUT NO.
NOW MY QUESTION IS, IS "INC -22" IS NECESSARY TO FILE?

With in 30 days from the date of incorporation ,INC-22 has to be e-filed. Please see section 11(1)(a) r.a.w 12(2) of the Co's Act,2013.
