04 May 2015 who can be a witness of MOA & AOA is that any person can be a witness of MOA & AOA or only
professional can.

and is only last of MOA is need to be signed by the subscriber or all the pages??

the subscriber has signed MOA and AOA.

Last page of MOA & AOA need to be signed by the subscribers.

05 May 2015 i have seen two companies MOA in one of them was signed by subscriber in all pages and in other only last page was signed thats why confusion has started ?
so is it conform that only last page need to sign or is there is anywhaere clearly stated about it???????
