I WANT TO RISK ALLOWANCE GIVEN TO HARYANA POLICE PERSONNEL EXEMPT UNDERV INCOME TAC ACT. I WANT TO KNOW UNDER WHICH SEC DEDUCTION IS AVAILABLE TO POLICE PERSONNELS. PLEASE GUIDE

There is no such deduction available under Income Tax Act towards "Risk Allowance " paid to Haryana Police Personnel. Further to advice about its Income Tax deduction, let me understand it's nature, means what is the purpose of this allowance, accordingly I can advice you.
