Revised return filed by changing name of the assessee (Income Tax)

Assessee expired on 03-03-12 so ITR to be signed by the Legal representative but while uploading the ITR instead of writing Legal representative name wrongly given Assesse name. Later at the same day revised ITR filed. Is this correct? Is there any notice received from Income Tax for filing Revised return at the same day?

Notices are not sent for the reasons which are self explanatory in nature or which are not resulting in monetary gains to the department as it will be sheer wastage of time and money for both. The matter is just a technical matter.

You have done rightly the things and please proceed accordingly.
.
However, get signed both the acknowledgments
from the LR and send these to CPC.
