18 December 2014 is service tax liability should be booked under RCM if creditors incurred freight charges & claims the reimbursement of the same.

18 December 2014 If service provider(creditors) incurred freight charges it will not come under RCM.

18 December 2014 if you freight to tpt then you have to pay service tax under RCM.
