04 October 2015 dear sir i can file belated return ay14-15 and also file ay 15-16 as taxable return as revised but i file nil returns whether i can file revised return as a taxable????

04 October 2015 Yes you can file revised return u/s 139(5) provided the original return was filed within due date u/s 139(1).
