26 July 2019 Can we file now ITR-4 (Sugam) u/s 44-AD ? Whether there is some penalty on account of delayed filing of return ? Income is below taxable limit for the Ay 2018-19 ? Please guide me and oblige.

26 July 2019 Now you cannot file ITR for AY 18-19..last date was 31 March 2019. Now you can file return for AY 2019-20 (without any penalty)
