U need to preserve form 16A tds certificate and your form 26AS, investment declaration made for claiming any deduction under chapter VIA like sec 80C etc and its original receipts.
Note nothing is to be attached with itr as these documents needs to be produced only when ito demands while case comes for scrutiny
