Dear CCI experts , We have received mail from MCA for resubmission of SPICe forms for incorporation of Private company with following errors/remarks : 1. DIR 2 should be provided - 2. Main objects of MOA should be in consonance with objects approved in RUN 3. Attach address proof should be legible 4. Definition of Private Company as per Sec 2 (68) to be mentioned in AOA 5. Fill full address of RO address i.e. shop no./ house no./ plot no. with RO proof
Case : 1. Whether DIR 2 should be provide on Stamp paper and for all Director cum subscriber with and without DIN. Also we have already uploaded Affidavit & declaration in format as per INC 9 on stamp paper as affidavit 2. We have added extra objects in details for construction and infrastructure companies generally add in their objects , also as in RUN restriction of number of words in objects clause can be attached, since we added only 1 major para in object tab of RUN 3. All address proofs and IDs of all subscribers not having DIN attached. 4. Definition not attached as per 2(68) - 5. address of RO is filled with required details , also attached Rent agreement with utility bills in the name of land owner.

1. No Need to provide DIR 2 On Stamp Paper. It can be on Normal Paper. All First Directors must file DIR 2 as attachment, DIN (if alloted) should be mentioned in DIR 2, 2. If there is a huge variation between the objects mentioned in RUN & Spice, they will sent it for re submission, better would be to keep the objects same as mentioned in RUN and amend the objects later.
3. Attach address proof as specified like, Bank Statement, Telephone Bill etc. Also check the clearity & visibility of the attachment alongwith self attestation of the same. 4. Edit E-AoA and define the definition of Private Company there as per 2(68). 5. Address should be complete. Like it must contain House No., Khasra No, Flat No, Shop No. etc for proper recognition. You can't start the address like Village: XYZ Tehsil: ABC, Dist: ZZZ, so on. Starting of address should be with the Shop No, House No, Flat No, Khasra No, etc etc alongwith the supportive utility bill, NOC & rent agreement.

Dear Mr. Abhishek "Thank you so much for your solution to our query. " Plz clear also , a) Whether declaration by Director/ First Directors with ID proof and Address Proof with DIR 2 to be uploaded. (if having format for DIR 2 with declaration plz send at mail : anikettater@gmail.com) b) Any Idea for How to keep minimum size of PDF to be uploaded for these documents with Clear and visible self attested copies of ID & Address proofs. ( Can Aadhar and PAN card can be attached alongwith Address proof and ID proof additionaly, in case of availability of documents but with details as such bank statement with office address, electricity bill in the name of spouse or parents, Telephone bill with name of spouse or brother ) 3. Address of Registered Office not having house no. as take on rent , whether details of Landlord name can ne prefixed with complete address of Regd Office !!

NO Need to attach ID & Address alongwith DIR 2. Attach it in ID & Address of Subcribers & Directors column
Reduce the DPI & Image Quality while scanning and you can use Black & White/Grayscale scanning.
PAN & Aadhar (if aadhar exists) is mandatorily to be attached alongwith the ID Proof & Address Proof. Address Proof should be in then name of Proposed Director ONLY and contains the same address which is filled in the form.
No, it is not valid. Only address prefixed with Building No., House No. etc etc must be present there in the utility bill & Rent Agreement/NOC for getting the form approved.
