Restoration of a company being "strike off"

21 May 2013 Sir,
One of our client has started a private Limited company in June,2010 with 3 directors.But after that the company had not filled any return with Roc or commenced operations.Now at ROC site the Status of the company shows"Strike Off".
So,I would like to know how to Restore a company which is "Strike off".Also there is a Dispute between the Directors ,So can one of the Director can continue the Restored Company's operations with out the other Directors.
Also please help me to know that whether a director of a "Strike Off" Company can form and become a director in a New/Existing Company.

21 May 2013 Please file a petition before the jurisdictional high court u/s 560(6) of the Companies Act,1956 seeking an order to restore the name in ROC records.
