Responsibility of ca in itr certification

In present scenario, all private bank require their customers to get certified their ITR fro chartered accountants. In this case i want to know that what is the responsibility of chartered accountants in this matter and points to be keep in mind before certifying ITR of any person..

Yup for Financial Statements our resposiblity is there if we have audited the same
